Island Tides comfortably sleeps 14 guests, with its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All beds have 12 inches memory foam mattresses (except bunk beds are 8 inches), and down alternative pillows, for a restful night of sleep.

- Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King-sized Bed + a Chaise Lounge
- Bedroom 2 (Haven Retreat): King-sized Bed + a Daybed with a twin trundle
- Bedroom 3 (Mural Jungle): Two sets bunk beds (twin over full)
- Bedroom 4 (Man Cave w/ its separate entrance on the bottom floor): King-sized bed, doubling as the game room, with the skeeball, arcade, and smart TV. Please note that this room is not connected to the staircase inside the house.

☕ The Coffee Bar, with a De'Longhi Espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, an electric water kettle, and complimentary ground coffee and sugar.

🌟 PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the hot tub.

Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (by the front door, overlooking the driveway, and one in the garage). No inside cameras.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- Guests have access to the entire house, except for the garage and the owner’s closet.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).

- Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
