FURRY FRIENDS
• Prior approval required. Up to 3 dogs allowed for $150 per pet per stay.

• Excessive barking must be addressed immediately.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool.

KINDLY NOTE
• Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and garage for guest safety. No interior cameras.
• Noise monitoring devices inside and outside the home monitor decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
• Pool heat is available October–May for $20 per night or $400 per month. Heating must be added for the entire stay and may take 24–48 hours to reach the desired temperature. When heated, the pool is set to 85°F. Pool temperatures may fluctuate if outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F.
• As the home is located on open water, wildlife may occasionally be present. A secure fenced pet area is available; please exercise caution outdoors.
• For security purposes, all guests entering the property must be listed on the reservation. Undisclosed guests may result in additional charges of $25 per guest per night and could lead to early termination of the stay without refund.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
